Please allow 3-7 business days for the order to be processed for US only and for International orders allow 20-30 business days.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Please note: All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
We do not accept merchandise that are worn, altered, washed, sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, or undergarments.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and returned in the original packaging
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please note: Shipping handling charges are not refundable.
Please print and fill out our return form (click Here to download) and include a copy of the original packing slip with the item(s) being returned.
Pack all items in a secure box and enclose the return form and a copy of the original packing slip packing list with your items.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.
We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
CLO monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviors.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY | OUTSIDE THE US
Unfortunately we do not accept international returns at this time.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
